Random Observation About The Phoenician Scheme
I saw somebody online propose that the plot of The Phoenician Scheme is meant to be a metaphor for producing a film. This is hilarious to me, because as interesting of an idea as it is, it would mean that the primary message of the film is "movie producers are inherently evil people."
